Ford wanted to engage younger audiences at autoshows and convey its story of technical leadership. I consulted Imagination to deliver a world first by asking visitors to create the content of the experience. They submitted answers to questions via SMS or Bluetooth video. This material was mixed with a music track by a video jockey and broadcast live across a large scale LED screen for all to see. The experience has been presented around the world, generating in excess of 100,000 customer interactions, capturing valuable CRM data and winning numerous industry awards.
